EDA Technology Co., Ltd. (EDATEC) was established in 2017 by a team top managers from Embest Technology (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Premier Farnell). The General Manager was the Global Technology Service Director of Premier Farnell, the General Manager of Embest Technology, and the Design Service Director of Arrow in China. Repairs & Exchanges

One-year warranty is provided from the date of product shipment. During the warranty period, if the product fails due to material or production problems (as determined by EDATEC). EDATEC will provide warranty services that it will complete the repair within 30 working days after receiving the product.

1.This warranty is limited to repair or exchanges of faulty products during the warranty period.

2. If a product that is installed and used normally develops quality problems within one year and cannot be used normally. It will be deemed a faulty product by EDATEC, and EDATEC will provide repair or exchange services.

3.For products that malfunction during the warranty period, customers need to submit a repair service application before sending the faulty product back to EDATEC.

4.Customers need to use the original packaging or packaging with equivalent protective effects to send the product, and are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to EDATEC and the risk of loss or damage during transportation.

5.Customers must back up the relevant configuration of the product and the data in the storage device (SSD, SD card, etc.) before sending it for repair. EDATEC does not assume any responsibility for the loss of data or configuration stored in the product.

6.The warranty period of products repaired (or exchanged) by EDATEC is the remaining warranty period of the original product.

7.For the products which maintenance service application have not been submitted, EDATEC will not provide repair and exchange services.

8.If the product returned for repair can work normally, the customer will be charged the shipping cost of sending the device. If the customer does not reply within 30 days, the returned product will be regarded as discarded items.

Repair & Exchange are not supported in the following situations:

1.The faulty product is beyond the warranty period.

2.Malfunctioning products caused by human damage, misuse or customer modification.

3.Product damage caused by lightning strikes, floods, earthquakes, fires, etc.

4.The customer makes changes to the product in a manner not mentioned in the user manual.

5.Software Products.

6.The warranty methods for SSD, 4G modules, SD cards and other components shipped with EDATEC products will comply with the original manufacturer's regulations.

7.EDATEC products that the customer authorizes third parties to upgrade, change or improperly test on their own.

8.The warranty period of customized products is subject to the customization confirmation signed by the customer.

Return for Refund

Customer who need a refund must return the product within 30 days after delivery. EDATEC will not refund until it receives the product. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping products back to EDATEC.

The following situations are non-returnable and non-refundable:

1.Products that have been defaced, modified, or physically damaged.

2.Products that have become non-functional due to user error.

3.Product label/barcode have been removed or altered by Customer.

4.Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

5.Expedited Assembly & Validation Fees.

6.Special Orders.
