ED-GWL2010 is a Helium Indoor Full Hotspot created by EDATEC, designed to extend low-power network coverage across cities for billions of IoT devices.

This hotspot allows users to participate in the Helium network by providing coverage and earning the new cryptocurrency HNT.

The device is equipped with a Semtech SX1302 + SX1250 concentrator, which ensures a wide range and low power consumption, ideal for extensive network coverage.

At the heart of ED-GWL2010 is a high-performance quad-core 1.5GHz ARM Cortex-A72 64-bit CPU, which can be complemented with either 2GB or 4GB of LPDDR4 memory.

This powerful processing capability is paired with storage options of 32GB or 64GB, making it suitable for handling large amounts of data.

The device also supports multiple connectivity options, including Gigabit Ethernet, dual-band WiFi, and Bluetooth 5.0, all of which come with external antennas for enhanced signal reception.

For improved wireless communication reliability, ED-GWL2010 offers multiple antenna options, including a standard 2.5dBi antenna and an optional 8dBi antenna.

The device also features an efficient cooling solution, with an aluminum enclosure that houses a heatsink and a cooling fan, ensuring stable operation even under heavy loads.

ED-GWL2010 is available in two frequency models: 868 MHz for regions like the EU and Russia, and 915 MHz for the US, Australia, and other countries.

This makes it versatile for different global locations. The device supports automatic OTA upgrades, eliminating the need for manual updates, and comes with the necessary certifications, including CE and FCC, for safe and compliant operation.

In summary, the ED-GWL2010 is a robust IoT gateway designed to enhance network coverage for IoT devices, featuring a powerful processor, versatile connectivity options, and a reliable cooling system, all packed within a well-designed aluminum enclosure.
