How can we get technical support after ordering EDATEC products?

A
If you order from EDATEC resellers, please contact whom you placed the order through. But you can contact EDATEC directly for technical support by emailing to support@edatec.cn. Our engineers always answer to your technical questions. We are able to have a conference call to support if needed.
Q

Do EDATEC products have CE and FCC?

A
Yes, CE and FCC can be downloaded from each product page. Though some products’ CE and FCC cannot be found since compliance testing for them are under process.

How about the EoL for EDATEC industrial computers, gateways or HMI?

A
As our solutions include Raspberry Pi modules such as CME or Pi5, the EoL of our products are the EoL of Raspberry Pi modules. Before the EoL of Raspberry Pi modules, we would update our design so as to assure the compatibility of Raspberry Pi latest modules.

Do EDATEC solutions include a CM4 or Pi5 already？

A
Yes, each EDATEC industrial computer, gateway or HMI is Raspberry Pi CM4 or Pi5 included.

What is the lead time for EDATEC products?

A
Normally 2 weeks from PO and payment to the order getting ready to be shipped. And another 8-12 days for international shipment(but depends on consignee address and shipping by air or by sea).

How long is your warranty period? Do we count it from date of our order or our customer order?

A
Twelve (12) month starting from the Product shipping date.
Q

What is the shipping terms?

A
We provide the quote with Ex-works normally. But we can add the shipping fee to the order if our customer wants EDATEC to arrange the shipping.

Do you offer free samples?

A
No. Special support depends on our conversation and product value.
