The ED-IPC2200 is an advanced industrial computer designed for robust performance in demanding environments. At its core, it features a powerful Broadcom BCM2711 CPU, which includes a quad-core Cortex-A72 (ARM v8) 64-bit SoC running at 1.5GHz, ensuring high-speed processing capabilities. The system memory is configurable, offering options from 1GB to 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM, and it supports a range of storage options, including eMMC storage capacities of up to 32GB, as well as support for micro-SD cards and MSATA SSDs for extended storage solutions.

For wireless connectivity, the ED-IPC2200 can be equipped with options for 4G/LTE, alongside dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ac wireless LAN and Bluetooth 5.0, providing a variety of connection possibilities. It boasts a rich set of interfaces including three Gigabit Ethernet ports, an HDMI Type A port, one USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports, and one Micro USB port, making it highly adaptable for different network configurations.

Power to the ED-IPC2200 is supplied through a DC input ranging from 9V to 36V, with reverse polarity, overvoltage, and overcurrent protection. The power input utilizes a 3.5mm phoenix connector with screw-locked security, and optional Power over Ethernet (PoE) capability is also available.

Additional features include a Real-Time Clock (RTC), a hardware watchdog, EEPROM, and crypto authentication for enhanced security and reliability. The system also has the option for a supercapacitor backup power supply and a reset button, along with optional audio output and microphone capabilities. Status indication is provided by four LED lights.

The ED-IPC2200 is designed to operate in a wide range of temperatures, from -25°C to 60°C, and its mechanical design includes dimensions of 143mm x 100mm x 35mm, with an aluminum heatsink for excellent cooling performance, and it supports DIN-rail mounting.

The series offers different models like the IPC2210 and the IPC2220, with the latter including audio output, microphone, CSI, and DSI interfaces. The front I/O includes power input, optional audio I/O, and one Gigabit Ethernet port with PoE capability, along with two additional Gigabit Ethernet ports.

On the rear, users will find a Micro-SD card slot for data storage, a Nano SIM card slot for 4G or 5G connectivity, and a Micro USB port for flashing the eMMC. The side I/O includes an HDMI port that supports 4K 60Hz, two USB 2.0 ports, and two SMA ports for connecting antennas for wireless communication.

The ED-IPC2200 also features a reset button and multiple indicators for power, 4G/5G signal, system activity, and user-defined status. For expansion, it provides 12V 1A and 5V 1A DC output connectors, a 40-Pin GPIO header compatible with Raspberry Pi's CM4, and a 10-Pin GPIO header for additional expansion options. Optional CSI and DSI interfaces are included for camera and display connections, respectively, and there are also USB 2.0 expansion connectors and a Mini PCIe connector for SSD connectivity.

The ED-IPC2200 is designed with EEPROM for storage, crypto authentication for security, an RTC for system clock reliability, a buzzer for alarms, and a hardware watchdog for device reliability. It has an input voltage range of 9V to 36V DC and a maximum power consumption of 24W. Mechanically, it is designed for DIN-rail mounting and has a weight of 750g. In terms of wireless capabilities, it offers dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0, with optional 4G LTE connectivity through various modules compatible with different regions, and even the option for 5G connectivity.

The ED-IPC2200 operates in a wide temperature range and has low ambient humidity requirements, with multiple certifications including FCC and CE, making it suitable for a broad range of industrial applications.

Front I/O
Power1 x DC IN, 2-Pin 3.5mm pitch phoenix terminals with screw holes. It supports 9V~36V input, the signal is defined as VIN+/GND.
Audio (optional)1 x Audio In/Stereo Out, 3.5mm audio jack connector. It can be used as MIC IN and LNE OUT.

BuzzerA tip or an abnormity can be configurated according to actual application, which realizes the alarm function.
