The ED-IPC3020 is an industrial computer designed with robustness and versatility in mind, featuring a Broadcom BCM2712 processor. This 2.4GHz quad-core 64-bit Arm Cortex-A76 CPU provides exceptional performance, making the ED-IPC3020 well-suited for demanding industrial applications. The system is configurable with either 4GB or 8GB of LPDDR4X-4267 SDRAM, and storage can be expanded via a Micro SD Card or an M.2 NVMe SSD, offering flexibility in data management.

Visual capabilities are enhanced with dual 4Kp60 HDMI display outputs, allowing for high-resolution graphics and video. For audio, the ED-IPC3020 includes stereo input and output with a separate 3.5mm audio jack, enabling clear sound transmission. The interface panel is equipped with a Gigabit ethernet port with optional PoE support, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, one RS232, one RS485, and a buzzer, providing a comprehensive set of connectivity options.

Power to the ED-IPC3020 is supplied through a 5V DC input via a USB-C connector, and it includes a convenient ON/OFF power button. The system also includes a built-in RTC and supports backup power supply options with SuperCAP and a CR1220 battery, ensuring reliable operation even in the event of power loss.

The ED-IPC3020 is designed to operate in a wide temperature range from -25°C to 60°C, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor industrial environments. Its fanless design, high-quality metal case, and large heatsink provide excellent cooling performance, ensuring stable operation under load.

The computer's front I/O includes audio output and input via 3.5mm audio jacks, an RS485 port with a 120Ω terminal resistor, an RS232 port, and dual USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports for data transfer. On the side, there are two Micro HDMI ports for connecting displays, and a USB Type-C connector for power input. Internally, the ED-IPC3020 features a 5V 1A DC output for external devices like LCD screens, a PA output for connecting stereo speakers, and MIPI CSI/DSI ports for extended display screens.

The ED-IPC3020 also includes expansion performance features such as an RTC with battery backup, and a buzzer for alarm functions. It has an input voltage of 5V DC and a maximum power consumption of 25W. With dimensions of 102.8mm x 89.5mm x 32.5mm and a weight of 300g, the ED-IPC3020 is compact and easy to install on a desk or other flat surfaces.

For wireless connectivity, the ED-IPC3020 offers dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0, including Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The device has undergone rigorous environmental and regulatory testing, ensuring it can operate in a wide range of temperatures and humidity levels, and it carries certifications such as FCC and CE, making it compliant with international safety and emissions standards.
