The ED-IPC2000 is an industrial computer designed to leverage the capabilities of the Raspberry Pi CM4, tailored for use in various industrial settings. This computer is fully compatible with Raspberry Pi's hardware and software, offering a size slightly larger than the Pi4, but with significant enhancements for industrial use.
Notably, it features an aluminum alloy casing that greatly improves heat dissipation, crucial for maintaining performance in demanding environments. Additional encryption chips, an RTC (Real-Time Clock), and other essential modules are integrated onto the board.
The ED-IPC2000 is equipped with a powerful Broadcom BCM2711 CPU, which includes a quad-core Cortex-A72 (ARM v8) 64-bit SoC running at 1.5GHz. It offers flexible RAM options, including 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, and 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM, along with various storage options such as 8GB, 16GB, or 32GB eMMC, with the added benefit of supporting a micro-SD card simultaneously.
